Wave of Mutilation.

Dear Reader,

This is a quick letter to say thank you for the overwhelming support I’ve received since I launched RPD on Sunday. Your paid subscriptions allow me some financial freedom to plan future time off the road, which means I can dedicate time to my writing. That time and space is golden to me.

As promised, here’s something to listen to. My acoustic cover of one of my favorite songs of all time: Wave of Mutilation by the Pixies. A band I do not mention enough when asked about my influences. In interviews my brain often freezes when asked, and all I can remember is I don’t know… Bob Dylan? (lol, classic.)

Me and the band were playing Wave as an encore on the first half of TPISA tour, taking from the UK Surf version, which I much prefer. But at home I love nothing more than just strumming my guitar into my voice memo, I honestly think the mic on a iphone sounds rad. I hope you enjoy it, and again, thank you x million.
